Governance in practice
Helping people govern well.
As CEO of the Catholic Foundation for the Diocese of Salina, I worked with a 12-member board and delivered governance onboarding for new members. At the Diocese of Salina, I advised finance councils and board-level committees alongside pastors, school leaders, and senior leadership.
Those experiences inform my interest in how boards are constructed, how members understand their responsibilities, and how governance supports the mission of an organization.
