That assessment led me to recommend delaying the campaign until priorities and staff readiness were clearer.

Assistant Chief Financial Officer
I directed accounting, budgeting, reporting, audit coordination, and financial support for an organization serving 86 parishes and schools. We reduced the month-end close from approximately 90 days to 30 and standardized the chart of accounts across seven funds. I advised leadership, pastors, school leaders, finance councils, and committees on financial and operating matters.
